Kuusamo House, designed by architect Arto Sipinen, is Northeast Finland’s largest culture and congress facility. It was completed in 1996. Dozens of meetings, congresses and seminars are arranged at Kuusamo House each year.

The acoustics and versatile audiovisual technology of the over 500-seat Oulanka Hall are especially suitable for large, demanding events, like international congresses and seminars and various types of cultural and art events.
